 CEO and President
 Dave Maquera brings over 25 years of executive leadership experience, most recently as Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Vice President of Clearwire, where he led corporate initiatives that produced strategic partnerships and funding opportunities. Mr. Maquera established Clearwire as a co-founder in the largest global partnership for 4G smartphone/device technology ecosystems in the industry, with a combined wireless customer base of over one billion people. Prior to that, he was Vice President of strategic development for Cricket Communications/Leap Wireless, Inc., where he was instrumental in driving the growth of its broadband wireless market. As an Associate with McKinsey & Company, Mr. Maquera was responsible for strategic analysis and planning for senior management. He also served for ten years in the United States Navy, where he was an aviator and Desert Storm combat veteran, and served as a Chief Operations Officer (COO) for Joint Warfare and Combat Flight Operations. Mr. Maquera holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Harvard.
 Senior Vice President, Product Management, Engineering & IT
 Scott Steele is a technology industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience in world class software and hardware development and is responsible for setting and executing EdgeWave's technology vision. He joins EdgeWave after a stellar career with Motorola (acquired by Google) where he served as Corporate Vice President of Engineering for smartphones, tablets, and computing devices for international markets. In his role at Motorola, Scott was responsible for leading nearly half of Motorola's handset software and hardware engineers, including phone development and Android framework teams, helping Motorola execute global research and development efforts to deliver end-to-end handset solutions for international markets that included Japan, China, Korea, Latin America, Europe, Southeast Asia, Canada, and Australia - including nearly five years building and managing team in-country in China and Korea. Scott has co-authored six issued patents and has several other patents pending. He holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
 Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales
 With over 20 years of years in executive sales management and business development positions, Timothy Steele brings a wealth of experience to his position, as EdgeWave Sr. Vice President of Worldwide Sales. Most recently, he served as Chief Revenue Officer for Softrax and prior to that Mr. Steele served as Senior Vice President of Sales for Lumigent, where he was instrumental in their successful acquisition by BeyondTrust, an Internet security company. Mr. Steele's career also includes extensive experience with high-growth SaaS and outsourcing companies including SoundBite, where he drove revenue growth that culminated in a successful IPO and Enterprise Associates, one of the nation's largest outsourcing/SaaS firms, where he doubled revenue. Mr. Steele's longtime industry experience also includes senior management roles at Parametric Technology, where he served as Senior Vice President of Americas Indirect Channel as well as Vice President of North America and Europe Inside Sales. He holds a B.S. degree in Economics and Finance from Bentley University.
 Vice President, Engineering
 As Vice President of Engineering, Mr. Crowe brings over 20 years of development and management experience to his position leading all technical functions for the company. Mr. Crowe is one of the pioneers of content filtering, having worked in this market since the early 1990's. From 1992-2000, Mr. Crowe was a co-founder of and Vice President of Engineering at Internet Products, then a leading provider of award-winning turnkey Internet servers which was sold to St. Bernard Software in 2001. This acquisition became the technology platform upon which the company's secure web gateway is based.
 Vice President, Technical Operations
 Mr. Thompson brings 20 years of technical support, customer service and operations management experience to the company. Mr. Thompson was Vice President of Central Services at technology company Mitchell International, where he led the organization to multiple national awards for technical support and service. Mr. Thompson also centralized customer service and order processing operations for catalog sales company Maintenance Warehouse, which was subsequently purchased by The Home Depot. He has held management positions at Continental Airlines, The Automobile Club of Southern California and the Institute for International Research, and has spoken on the topic of technical support operations at numerous industry conferences. He received his degree in education from Loughborough University of Technology in England.
 Vice President, Finance
 Ms. Gietzen brings over 15 years of senior-level financial management experience within the technology industry to her position as Vice President, Finance. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Gietzen was the CFO at Vycera Communications, a $20 million telecommunications company. Ms. Gietzen has also served as CFO at Communications Telesystems International, a telecom company that went from a start-up to over $100 million dollars in annual revenue during her two-year tenure. Ms. Gietzen started her professional career in public accounting at Grant Thornton and continues to be a licensed CPA. Ms. Gietzen graduated Cum Laude from Cal State Northridge with a degree in Business Administration and Accounting.
 Director of Human Resources
 Mr. Bearden has worked in human resources for technology companies for over 13 years. He is responsible for all human resources functions including compensation, benefits, employee relations, recruiting, and facilities. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Bearden held several HR positions at Macromedia, a publicly held San Francisco-based technology company, which was purchased by Adobe Systems in late 2005. Prior to Macromedia, he worked for a boutique HR agency in Seattle whose clients included many technology companies including Microsoft. Mr. Bearden is a member of the Society for Human Resources (SHRM) and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama.
