How do I NOT filter traffic between Users and DMZ?

Here is an example from Access > Filter Exceptions tab, where your organization has users on the 192.168.x.x source network, and there is a DMZ on subnet 192.168.23.x destination network, and you do not want iPrism to filter the DMZ traffic between the users and the DMZ.  Port Settings has no effect in this example. 'No Filter' prevents traffic flow between these networks from being filtered, i.e., ignores the traffic, passing it through.
