The following procedure is used to reset cached passwords for domain users in IE. Please try this from the server/workstation that has the issue.
Open Internet Explorer
Select the Tools > Internet Options > Security > Intranet
Click the Intranet > Custom Level icon
Scroll down to the User Authentication section
Select the "Prompt for username and password" option
The next time you try to access an Internet site, you will be prompted for your username and password by iPrism. Enter your username in the form Domainname\Username, where DOMAINNAME is the domain that you log into, and enter your password. Note that the username is case-insensitive. You can check the "Save Password" box, to have Internet Explorer save your credentials.
To reset your Internet Explorer settings back to normal, after making the above changes:
Open Internet Explorer
Click on the Tools > Internet Options > Security > Intranet Icon
Click on the Default Level button
After this please try to auto-login and see if it works.
