For Bridge (transparent) mode Auto-Login users, one approach to resolving the iPrism IP address for client authentication is to configure DNS (step 1 below), and specify in iPrism that DNS is how clients will resolve the iPrism IP address (step 2 below):
DNS Auto-Login redirection requires that the browser user (via the operating system) be able to resolve iPrism's hostname to an IP address. You can see the iPrism hostname in System >Network >Identity.
For example, for the fully qualified name ouriprism.stbernard.com, the hostname ouriprism needs to resolve to an IP address.
You may test name resolution with a "ping ouriprism" command. If the ping fails, you probably need a DNS A-Record on one or more DNS servers used by your browser clients for name resolution. You may need to contact a network administrator to complete this task, see:

Once you have verified name resolution with a ping command, choose DNS in the Users > Windows tab (shown below)
