In order to block users from accessing web sites you must complete the following (basic) steps:
A Profile needs to be created with content categories you wish to block
The Profile must be assigned to a Networkand/or a User (which requires User Authentication configuration).
In Access > Networks, you can see the profiles assigned to Networks by selecting the network and viewing assigned profiles in web Profile and IM/P2P Profile pick-lists.
In Users > Windows Profiles, you can see the profiles applied to a User Group by selecting the group and viewing the Access Profile assigned to the group. If there are no groups listed, this would indicate that authentication has not yet been fully configured.
