Login

To view encrypted messages, you must log in. This login is different than your regular network or email login, it is specific to the Encryption System.

If this is your first time here:

  • Click Signup to allow the system to authenticate you as a user, and to set up a password.
  • If you have already set this up: Enter your password and click Login.
  • If you have set this up, but forgot your password: Click Can’t remember your password.

Go to your email and open the message sent from the system.

  1. Note the pin.
  2. Return to the encryption system Signup window and enter the pin you received via email.
  3. Enter a new password, in both the Password and Confirm boxes.
  4. Click Save.

Sign Up

Before you can set up your password, you need to be authenticated by the encryption system. To set up your user name for encryption system access:

  1. Click Request a Pin.
  2. Go to your email and open the message sent from the system.
  3. Note the pin.
  4. Return to the encryption system Signup window and enter the pin you received via email.
  5. Enter the password you want to use, in both the Password and Confirm boxes.
  6. Click Save.

The encrypted message opens.

Severity Levels

Severity 1: Business is severely impacted, and no viable workaround is available.
Severity 2: Business is disrupted but functioning.
Non-Critical: Business is not affected but symptoms exist or requests for information or guidance.
